Health and Well being study Print

Researchers have devoted decades to understanding what leads some people to be healthier than others. However, most people have only studied disease and disorder and failed to also address strengths and wellbeing.

In this study, we want to look at what is going wrong and what is going right in different people from around the world. We want to capture the entire picture of what it means to be healthy and most importantly, track people to understand how they change over time. This is the first study of its kind to look in depth at people's wellbeing from around the world.

Since its inception, we have been, and are aiming to, specifically investigate the wellbeing of individuals who are married or who are to be married, and how their wellbeing changes over a year as not much is known about this.

This study is completely anonymous, easy to do, takes about 25 to 30 minutes for each assessment point, and participants don’t have to give any of their personal details. The only participation requirements is that participants are at least 16 years old and that they agree to fill out these questions every three months for a year; five times in total. The study is opened four times a year in the months of March, June, September, December.
